Easily accessible from the historic city centre, the Bellini apartment is located very close to the City of Arts and Sciences area.
This spacious, bright and cheerful apartment is in an area called Canovas where there is lots to keep the guests entertained, and it is located to the southeast of the old city.
The area surrounding the apartment;
The Bellini apartment is located about 10-15 minutes walk to Valencia's old city centre. It is also a short 5 minute walk to the impressive City of Arts and Sciences. Next to the apartment there is the biggest park in town called Antiguo cauce del río Turia.
The apartment is situated in one of the trendiest parts of town, called the Canovas neighbourhood. This area is lively and full of atmosphere as well as many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that our guests can choose from.
The port and the beach can be accessed via public transport or 10 minutes in a taxi.
The apartment;
The apartment is located on the first floor with a lift. The Bellini apartment can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. It has a double bed in the main bedroom with an en suite office. It also has a second bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the zen garden. A third bedroom has a single bed. There is also a sofabed for 2 more persons.
The best part of this apartment is the large terrace that links the living room & dining room. The dining room table has seating for four people – as you can see in the photographs. The apartment has a modern feeling, yet still creates a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the town!!!
It has two full bathrooms; one with a shower unit, and the second one with a bath.
The Bellini apartment has all the regular entertainment gadgets like TV, DVD, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, etc.
Whether you are here on business or with family this apartment is a great way to spend your days in Valencia.
