Five minutes away from the apartment, you will be able to take a direct tramway to the port where took place 32nd edition of the 2007 America’s Cup, the beach and a great variety of fine bars and restaurants.

The situation and good communication of this comfortable, spacious and contemporary apartment is perfect to be able to walk across the Royal gardens ending in the heart of the old part of the city by just crossing the river, as well as being able to access the neuralgic commercial area with exclusive boutiques and many other shops of Valencia. The underground is near in case you do not want to walk to the center, although it may be reached by a short and pleasant walk.

In a walking distance of 5 minutes, you can take the tramway that will take you directly to the beach and where 32nd America’s Cup took place.

The apartment;

This spacious apartment of contemporary and very agreeable design is located in a good zone of Valencia, calm and residential. The whole apartment has plenty of natural light, besides a balcony.

You will feel well, surrounded with wood, all this will do that the guest feels heat and the harmony of the apartment Stravinski. The apartment is on the nineth floor and has two elevators.

Once you entered, you will access a wide hall receiver and on your right you will find the two of the three bedrooms, one bathoroom, and the kitchen.

The first bedroom has two single beds and the second one, a single bed and a sofa-bed, perfect for three persons – as you may see on the photographs. The bedrooms have wide cupboards to keep your possessions. The bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and has a shower.

The kitchen is wide, designed to be at par by the rest of the apartment in a contemporary environment, and has all the necessary utensils to prepare any food, if you wish. Making sure you do not have any problems at the moment of cooking. Also, you will find a table and seats, as well as a small laundry area separated by an iron glass door.

Back in the hall, on your left you will find the spacious dining room with seating for 6 people and a living room wood decorated, providing a warm and quiet atmosphere all around - as it can be seen in the photographs. There is also a balcony.

Entering through a door from the living room, you will have access to the main bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower inside too. The apartment is fully equipped with fresh and crispy towels prepared for its use.
