As you cross the hall of this duplex apartment on your right hand, you will find the staircase leading to the first floor, a toilet on your left hand. Then, you cross the door and walk into the rustically decorated dining room, furnished with a wooden table which is large enough for four people. The living room, also on the ground floor, has large windows and is fully furnished with two sofas, a plasma screen TV, internet connection, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating.

The kitchen, in a separate room, enjoys plenty of natural light, and, if you want to cook, is fully equipped with appliances and utensils and it is furnished with chairs and a table.
