The Chopin Apartment in Valencia

Great and cosy studio apartmen in the most central area of one of Valencia's historic neighbourhoods, El Carmen.

The Chopín apartment is a great choice for any visitor – especially couples, coming to Valencia looking for location in their accommodation. Modern decor but also warm and welcoming the Chopín apartment, as you can see in the photos above, is a completely renovated apartment; modern, cosy, a truly great studio.

Area surrounding the apartment;

The Chopín studio apartment is ideally located in the noblest part of El Carmen district; just two blocks away form The Cathedral, the focal point of the historic centre of Valencia. The old district was turned into a chic upmarket neighbourhood, and is situated all around in the hustle and bustle of the city. The area has no shortage of good bars, restaurants and shops; all of them located at a walking distance and available for you to browse and wander around.

South of this area, walking distance you can also find stylish boutiques, trendy shops, designer and artisan stores in the commercial centre of Valencia, near Colon.

The apartment is also located a 2 minutes walking to the cathedral, as well as, many of the historic landmarks in this beautiful and historic city of Valencia. The largest fresh food market in Europe is located not far at all – walking distance. The entire area is encased in enchanting tiny medieval interconnecting streets and alleyways.


The apartment;

The Chopín apartment is located in a classic XIXth century building, and on the fourth floor with no elevator of a new decorated building. It is cute, bright and cosy; a modern and balanced decoration gives the charming touch, as you can see in the photos. Even though the area near by is full of life the apartment itself is quite inside - except during the period of Fallas, when the whole city is overwhelmed by the celebration.

Up the stairs, there is a communal terrace that guests can enjoy – with a great view to the Serrano towers.

As you enter the studio, you have the kitchen to the left, next to the living and dinning room – there are chairs and table as seen in the photographs, is new, original, neat and fully equipped with cooker and all the commonplace items like fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, wine glasses, and so on.

The living and dinning room is open and has a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD and is a nice area to sit back in and enjoy some quiet time before heading out to the hustle and bustle of Valencia. There are two exterior windows.

The double bedroom is separated with a wardrobe where you can put all your belongings, and comes with two single beds.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom, bright and original. It comes with a shower until only. There is also a sink, fresh towels are provided for use upon the guests’ arrival. All linen is provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

This very nice studio apartment – all in one, is a great choice for a couple visiting Valencia…
