This superior apartment in two levels has an outdoor Jacuzzi on the terrace. Every bedroom is designed in a different theme and it also has a chill our area upstairs. The Falla apartment is conveniently located very near to de impressive City of Arts and Sciences, designed by Calatrava.

The area surrounding the apartment:

This duplex apartment is located not even 5 minutes walking to the city of Calatrava. It is also situated half way between the beach/new port of this modern city of Valencia and to the historical center. And it can be accessed via public transport or 10 minutes in a taxi ride.

The area where the apartment is located has every service you will need, as well as a good seafood restaurants and so on…

The apartment:

The Falla apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator in a new building.

The very best part of this apartment is that on the terrace you have your own private Jacuzzi, where the guests can sit back and enjoy a warm bath gazing at the stars, as well as a meal or simply sitting back and enjoying a bottle of Spanish cava in good company...

There are two levels, as you enter this fabulous apartment; there is the large living and dining room which opens to the terrace. The kitchen has a door that also opens onto the terrace, exactly the same as you can see in the photographs. The Falla apartment has all the regular electrical requirements like TV, DVD, fridge-freezer, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, toaster, juicer, hairdryer, etc. The dining room is accommodated in the living room with seating for eight people.

On this first level you will find the en-suite double bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is nearby.

Upstairs you have the other two themed double bedrooms, both with double beds and the chill-out area all in one big space. Every room upstairs can be separated by stylish curtains making four very different areas. There is also a reading area with two comfortable sofas and a table. There are also 2 single sofa beds for the 9th and 10th guests...

Seating at the chill-out area where you could listen to relaxing music (not supplied), you can also observe a ZEN garden through a glass door. There is a massage table too. There is plenty of space in the apartment to keep all your belongings while staying with us. Clean and crispy towels and bed linens are all provided.
