This cosy and economic attic with a 25 m2 terrace, built on a classic building that it has been totally remodeled is ideally located 5 – 10 minutes walking to the majestic City of Arts and Sciences.

The Corelli apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to the incredible City of Arts and Sciences, as well as the opera house in Valencia...

The apartment is situated very close to one of the trendier parts of town which is called Ruzafa neighbourhood. This area is lively and full of atmosphere as well as many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that our guests can choose from.

The port where the America's Cup took place and the beach are accessible via public transportation or 10 minutes by taxi.

Very close to the apartment will find all the necessary facilities for shopping and feel comfortable in this neighbourhood very cosmopolitan but at the same time, typically Spanish.

The apartment;

The Corelli apartment is a good and economic treat for the visitor to Valencia.

The best part of the apartment is the large covered terrace with chairs and table, where you will enjoy the excellent weather tasting a full bodied Spanish wine, for example.

The apartment is located on a seventh floor with elevator. As you enter, you will find the kitchen, small, but with all the accessories you need to cook at home if you wish.

Then, you will have the living and dining room with a sofa, plasma screen TV, air conditioning hot/cold – as you see it in the photographs. There is a large glass door that opens to the private terrace.

Both bedrooms are next to each other separate by the bathroom with shower. The main bedroom, furnished with a king side bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, a pull-out (guest) bed. The wardrobes in both bedrooms are large enough so you will not have any space-troubles getting your belongings in.

The Corelli apartment is an economic and a good sunny option - with the large terrace, if you want to visit Valencia.
