It offers good bars, restaurants and shops to spend your free time and to enjoy the Bohemian atmosphere of Valencia. Walking south, you will find fashion boutiques and famous designer shops as well as craftsmen's shops and all of this in the most commercial zone of the center of Valencia, near Colon.

The apartment is located less than a minute walking from the Cathedral and it is situated very close to some of the most emblematic places of the historical center of Valencia. The apartment Padilla is situated on the third floor of a totally reformed building and has an elevator. The apartment is spacious and has a simple, but modern decoration. In spite of the fact that the area and the surroundings are very lively, inside, the apartment is quite calm.

Entering the apartment, on your left hand side, you will find the wide dining and living room with several balconies that face to the street. There is also a bathroom off of this area. The living room is very spacious. It has two beautiful and very comfortable sofas, with TV and DVD, turning it into a very cozy zone for you to have a moment of rest and relaxation before going out to enjoy the numerous bars and restaurants to choose from.

Entering the corridor, you will find the kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook if you wish. The kitchen equipment is very modern. The kitchen has a glass door that faces to an interior courtyard.

Continuing on down the hallway, there are two of the three double bedrooms, one room with double bed and the other one with two single beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of space to keep your belongings.
