With bars, clubs and restaurants right on the doorstep of the apartment, you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the old town of Valencia has to offer. It is also right next to everything in the old traditional part of Valencia, such us, the Cathedral, Central market, the Botanic Gardens, IVAM, MUVIM, and so on. All are within walking distance.

The Mahler apartment has been completely renovated and modernized while carefully conserving the original charm of its 1900's architecture.

As you open the front door you will find a wall with many clocks on it and a balcony. In this first level on your right; there is a bedroom with a single bed and a second one hidden underneath. The master bedroom has a balcony, a home office and a double bed. Both bedrooms have plenty cupboards and storage space. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub and shower next to the bedrooms.

Going up the stairs you will find a very spacious and comfortable living room with two balconies and a fire place. There are two oversized colourful sofas that combine perfectly with the bright and funky feeling of the apartment. It is a great spot to relax, watch television or listen to music. This floor also has a full bathroom for your convenience.

Overlooking the living room, up a small flight of stairs, is the loft-style kitchen and eating area. The oak kitchen has all the modern conveniences including recycling capabilities. The exposed beams and two skylights add a rustic flair to this already unique apartment.
