All the important and main sites are within reach - the impressive and largest market in Europe, the Cathedral, the museum of El Carmen, el San Pío V, the Botanical Gardens, IVAM, MUVIM, and so on - all within walking distance.

There is lots of atmosphere and energy as there are many cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs not far at all…also nearby is the gay area in Valencia.

The apartment is located in a building that has maintained the classic style with high ceilings, slanted roof all done in wood, etc. It has two bedrooms and a study-working area in between the living room and the single bedroom that has a balcony that opens to the street below.

The attractive main bedroom has a double bed and opens to the interior patio with two big glass doors, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and the warn temperatures of Valencia. It has a TV and an ample wooden wardrobe for the guests belonging. The décor is simple but elegant and any guest will feel totally at home and welcome. The bathroom is independent and comes with a great jacuzzi style bathtub, so the guest can soak away after a hard day of sightseeing. There is also a half bathroom in the apartment.

The living/dining area of this apartment is a great and elegant area for relaxing and taking some time out from the busy schedule of visiting museums, modernist houses, fun places, etc or before heading out to see what this great city has to offer in the evening... the guest can also avail of the TV, DVD, music and radio. It has a balcony that opens to the street and a/c unit.
