The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of the historic centre, El Carmen, near to all major attractions in Valencia. The most important landmarks can be found within easy walking distance.

Crossing the old river Turia, you can easily catch the tram to the beach or the new modern Port of Valencia. Just a short taxi ride or walk away you could also visit the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences.

The Elgar property, in the heart of old Valencia, is surrounded by many restaurants and bars, as well as being host to numerous fashionable shops and boutiques to fulfill all your shopping needs.

The Apartment;

The newly renovated Elgar apartment is housed in a traditional Valencian building. It is stylish, chic, simple and functional. The apartment is located, on the first floor with an elevator.

Upon entering the building you can see the old part of an Arab wall. On the first floor you will enter into the apartment, finding the living/dining room with an American style kitchen on your right. There is a double-sized sofa bed available in the living room for children or extra guests. The living room is bathed in light from the three large windows to the balconies creating a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The dining area has a lovely table where you can eat any meal you have created in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living area and has all the modern appliances and utensils.

To the left of the entrance is the bedroom, which is fitted with a double sized bed and a large armoire to hold all your belongings. This quiet room has high ceilings, is very spacious, and is a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the wonders of Valencia. It has an air condicioning unit.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower.
