The Albeniz studio apartment is situated in the heart of Valencia's 19th century El Carment district. When looking to experience Valencia's traditional and historic parts, this area is king. All the important and main sites are within reach - the impressive and largest market in Europe, the Cathedral, the museum of El Carmen, el San Pío V, the Botanical Gardens, IVAM, MUVIM, and so on - all within walking distance.

There is easy access to the beach and the new port of Valencia, taking the public transport from varies parts near by.


The apartment;

This really great studio apartment is an absolute must for the visitor who is looking for quality, modern decor and a slightly quieter choice of apartment yet still central.

This Albeniz studio apartment is all one space but has been cleverly given the feeling of two separate areas; one for the bed and one for the living room area.

The bedroom has a double bed. The design makes it a chic & very modern area and very original as you can see in the photos.

The living room comprises of a comfortable sofa and digital TV, DVD and is a great place to sit back and relax and chill.

The kitchen has lovely exposed brickwork and original artwork, and is on par with the rest of the apartment, totally new, sleek and modern, and comes fully equipped with everything to make your visit a hassle free one...

The bathroom is design from top to bottom; from the stones of a river in the shower unit to the design sink... fantastic!

Please note that this apartment is on the third floor. The building does have an elevator, but it is not operating at the moment.

This apartment has lots of natural light and is very bright and welcoming. It has a lovely French window which opens up onto a balcony which looks onto the street below.
