The apartment is well located, near all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants like in neighborhoods of days gone by. The duplex is well connected by public transport taking you to the city centre and to the incredible City of Arts and Sciences. Walking a few minutes you have the port where Valencia will host the famous international regatta the America’s Cup or the historical centre of town ...

The Apartment;

This pleasant duplex is decorated in a simple and functional way offering accommodation near the beach and not very far from the historic centre of Valencia.

The two floors of this warm and cosy historic house which has been totally remodeled and redecorated on two levels make it different. The atmosphere created hits you upon entering.

From the street you must climb a flight of stairs to reach the front door. Upon entry you will find the living-dining area and kitchen in this first level without doors, making it ideal to sit back and relax and enjoy the use of TV, DVD in the chairs or sofa-bed available for two extra guests if necessary. There is a small balcony on this level to the street as well a window in the living room. Crossing the kitchen you will find the first full equipped bathroom with a jacuzzi bath almost round shape. There is a bedroom with two single beds next to it.

On the second floor which is like an attic with a slanted roof all done in wood, you will find the second open bedroom which has two single beds, and a big wardrobe for the guests belongings. There is a private small bathroom upstairs with shower.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the accessories necessary to prepare with easy any meal you require. You will have a table with chairs for all guests in the apartment.


Do not forget, the beach is not far at all from this house. A short 5 minute walk will have you on the beach enjoying the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea…
