The Rossini apartment is located in the neighbourhood of El Pilar, in the old historic city of Valencia. This apartment is also located a few minutes walking to the cathedral, as well as many of the historic landmarks in this beautiful and historical city of Valencia. The largest fresh food market in Europe is located not far at all – walking distance.

There is excellent public transport from the city hall, to go to the beach and to the futuristic complex of the city of Arts and Sciences.

The Apartment;

This cosy, charming one bedroom attic apartment is located on the FIFTH floor (NO LIFT) in a typical Valencian 19th century building. The apartment is modern and uniquely decorated with a slanted roof all done in wood. It is dominated by great colour, high ceilings and matching windows.

The bedroom has a beautiful new clean en-suite bathroom to accommodate all the guests’ needs. The bedroom itself has a standard double bed and is decorated in a fresh, colourful, elegant and simple style… the fantastic exposed wooden beams that are part of the ceilings add a wonderful feel of character and charm to this apartment.

The living room is a great area where you can sit back and relax while enjoying the use of TV or listening to music on the hifi system. There is a pullout sofa bed which is used to accommodate parties of more than two persons staying in the apartment.

The kitchen in the apartment is open to the dining and living room, and perfectly formed! fully equipped for your convenience, giving the guest a feeling of home.

As noted above, the bathroom of this great apartment is en-suite which means that any guests staying on the sofa bed in the living room can only access the bathroom via the bedroom... Bed linen and clean towels are all provided.
