The Chapí apartment is a modern and comfortable apartment that has been totally renovated; located 10 minutes walk to the great City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia in a fashionable neighbourhood.

The area surrounding the Apartment;

The guests will find the magnificent and futuristic City of Arts and Sciences within easy walking distance – 10 minutes or so; from this wonderful Calatrava creation to the rather traditional and old historical and commercial centre of Valencia would be a further 10 to 15 minutes walk in the opposite direction. You could walk all the way throughout the biggest park in town called Margen del Turia.

The Americas Cup and the beach can be accessed via public transport or 10 minutes in a taxi ride.

The apartment is situated in one of the trendier parts of town, called Ruzafa neighbourhood. This area is lively and full of atmosphere as well as many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that our guests can choose from. There is a fruit a vegetable traditional market near by too.

The Apartment;

The Chapí apartment is located on the 4th floor with NO elevator. The decoration and furniture is a mix of traditional and modern design. Throughout the entire apartment you will find a traditional and colourful and original mosaic style floor.

This comfortable apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The main bedroom comes with a double bed and a dressing room while the second one has two single beds… The bathroom comes with a bath unit, sink, and toilet and has fresh towels ready for use upon your arrival.

The kitchen of the apartment is modern and open style which opens to the side onto the dining area, which comes with table and four chairs. The floor in the living-dining room has a natural seaweed carpet; The house also has a special speaker for ipod use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences to ensure the guest can prepare meals should they wish to…
