The location of this great apartment is perfect; the guest can walk through the "Jardines del Real" into the old part of the city, as well as to get to the commercial (exclusive boutiques and other shops) areas of Valencia. The underground system is just outside the building if you do not want to walk.

Walk out the front door of the apartment building and you can take the tram to the harbour where the 32nd American’s Cup 2007 took place.

This cosy (43m2)apartment is on the top floor, with lots of natural light throughout the apartment; the feel and look is modern and minimalist, the guest will enjoy the warmth and design the Delibes has to offer. It is situated on

the 5th floor with NO elevator

. The Debiles has been renovated and is clean, fresh and ready for the guests arrival....

The only bedroom of this small but beautiful apartment contains a double bed and comes with a small balcony.

The living area is comfortable and quite spacious with a sofa-bed for one person – if necessary. It has a fire place that can be used and all this leads out onto the lovely terrace (27m2) with a fountain and a metallic and ultra modern barbacue; the large windows of this apartment make it an apartment with lots of natural light; the blend of white modern furniture and decoration, give this apartment a calm and peaceful feel.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower unit, a sink/mirror area and is also modern in look too; the bathroom comes with fresh towels ready for use upon your arrival…

The open kitchen is on par with the rest of the apartment, clean, modern and fresh in look, it comes equipped with accessories for cooking to ensure your visit to Valencia is a hassle free one. It also has a little area where the guest can have breakfast and sit down on two very trendy taburetes.
