Area surrounding the apartment;

This cosy and elegant duplex is located 5 minutes walking from La Malvarosa, Valencia’s own beach! It is situated right in the heart of the old fisherman’s neighborhood and is typically Spanish in flavour. In the same street you can find everything; supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, and all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants like in neighborhoods of days gone by.

The duplex is well connected to all areas as there are trams and metro at a few minutes walk; buses and taxis at your doorstep will take you easily to either the port where Valencia hosted the famous international regatta the America’s Cup or the historical centre of town or the incredible City of Arts and Sciences.

The Apartment;

This spacious duplex is elegantly decorated with antique wooden furniture and ornaments giving it a stylishly rustic flavour.

Both floors of this elegant historic house, which has been totally remodeled and redecorated on two levels, make it unique. The special atmosphere created hits you immediately upon entering.

From the street you must climb a flight of stairs to reach the front door. Upon entry you will find the living-dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped and modern. This level is set up on an open concept with no doors, making it very spacious and airy, ideal to sit back and relax and enjoy the use of TV, DVD. The sofa-bed can be used for sleeping. There is a balcony on this level to the street as well as windows in the living room and kitchen.

On the second floor which is like an attic with a slanted roof all done in wood, you will find two bedrooms. The first has two single beds and wardrobe space for the guests belongings with two windows. At the rear is the second bedroom; it is larger and has a queen size bed and also a wardrobe and two window. Both are decorated with style and each have their own heat and air conditioning unit.

There are two full bathrooms in this fantastic duplex, one conveniently located on each level. The first level has a shower, while the second contains a bathtub with shower.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the accessories necessary to prepare with ease any meal you require. There is also a small room containing the washer and dryer which is available for use at any time.

All windows in the duplex are fitted with blinds and screens which may be very useful in the summer months.

Do not forget, the beach is not far at all from this house. A short 5 minute walk will have you on the beach enjoying the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea…
