La Concha Blanca is one of the most emblematic villas in Sotogrande; designed by the renowned architect Gutiérrez Soto.
With an 800sqm. surface area property, and a 4300sqm. garden originally designed by Russell Page, this fabulous accommodation also boasts a very large swimming pool.
Located next to Hole 18 of the "Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande", 300 metres from the Club House and 800 metres from the sea, it couldn’t be more perfect.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, sitting-room and terrace. On the ground floor there is also a guest bathroom.
There is a summer and a winter living/dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, an adjoining dining area, and a laundry room. It also has several courtyards, verandas and an interior garden, as well as a parking area for four cars.
On the premises there is a staff member in charge of maintenance and housekeeping, as well as a gardener in charge of the swimming pool. Additionally, if guest wish, a staff member can prepare breakfast for an extra 10 € per person/day, serving and preparing everything necessary.

Sotogrande
Sotogrande, still in the province of Cadiz, but almost in Malaga, is actually a great development. It has a modern marina, with over 500 berths, and offers lots of facilities to practice polo, sailing, tennis or golf. From Sotogrande beaches is possible to see both the African coast, and the Rock of Gibraltar, which can be visited and wich are only half an hour away. Other close places to visit from Sotogrande, are Tarifa, Castellar de la Frontera, a village in the strength of a medieval castle, and San Roque. Sotogrande is easily accessible by car, by boat to the marina, and by plane to the airport of Gibraltar or Malaga.
