The Mar Egeo apartment in Tarifa, is an independent, tastefully decorated duplex located in one of Tarifa's best residential areas.
The area surrounding the apartment:
The apartment is located in a residential area with access to food stores, cafes, bars and restaurants. The seaside promenade is a short walk from the apartment, and in just a 15 minute walk you'll reach Tarifa's historic center and marina. The beach is just 200 meters away.
The Apartment:
On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with a double sofa bed, a TV with TDT digital channels, a round glass table for four, and incorporating a large kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchenware as well as oven and microwave. The open plan kitchen has a counter and stools where you can enjoy a nice breakfast. On this floor there is also a guest toilet.
From here you have access to the private terrace with a large wooden table and a large canopy, an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant dinner under the stars.
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Up the stairs you can access the 30m2 roof terrace, with spectacular views of the sea and the coast of Africa. You have the choice of adding a single bed for a fifth person.
The rental price includes bed linen and towels.
The house has electric heating and private parking space in the driveway.

Tarifa
Tarifa is located in the southern most tip of Europe at just 14 kilometers away from Morocco and the African continent. Tangier can be reached by fast ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar in about 30 minutes. Cape of Tarifa or Tarifa inland, serves as the division between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean.
Known worldwide for its strong winds of Poniente and Levante, it is one of the best places in Europe to practice water sports such as Windsurf and Kitesurf. Its wonderful natural environment allows for other leisure activities like whale watching, aboard ships in the Strait of Gibraltar, and bird watching in the Natural Park of Alcornocales, and in the Natural Park of the Straight.
It has miles of beautiful beaches from Playa de Los Lances , in the same city of Tarifa, to Valdevaqueros, Punta Paloma or Bolonia. In Bolonia you will find the old Roman city ruins of Baelo Claudia.
It is a perfect place for all kind of people, those looking for rest and peace in its spectacular beaches, as well as those looking for the “Tarifeña Night”, that offers a wide range of clubs, pubs, bares de tapas and good restaurants, until sunrise.
