The beautiful apartment is located in the centre of the old part of Sitges, the "Casco Antiguo" just steps away from the beach and next to the famous church which is the landmark of the town.
With its little, picturesque streets and its dominating white and blue colours it is the most beautiful and romantic place in Sitges.
All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance.
There is no need for a car, while staying at the “Blaumar Balcony” apartment.
At 50 meters walking down a little street, the guest will find wide sandy beaches and a huge 2 km palm tree promenade, the "Paseo Maritimo", ideal for romantic walks, cycling or rollerblading.
"Blaumar Balcony" is in the same small building as the "Blaumar Ático ".
Both apartments can be rented together and are ideal for larger groups.
The apartment
The “Blaumar Balcony” apartment is located in an antique building, which was completely remodelled in 2011.
Old and modern elements were combined to keep the original look and charm and only the finest materials were used.
The “Blaumar Balcony” of 80 m is equipped with central air conditioning, offers space for up to six guests and is located on the first floor of a building with elevator.
The apartment has a spacious and elegant living room with a little balcony, which faces into the romantic, little “Calle Taco”.
The living room is equipped with a big Plasma TV with Satellite channels combined with Internet.
An open kitchen is completely equipped with washing machine, dryer, integrated microwave, ceramic hobs, oven; just everything necessary to feel at home.
“Blaumar Balcony” comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom is en suite and comes with two single beds and it’s own private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms are each equipped with two singe beds.
Furthermore there is a modern and fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, bidet, WC and basin.
The “Blaumar Balcony” apartment is a stylish apartment in the heart of the old town of Sitges, ideal for a short stay to visit this incredible place, but also ideal as a business apartment for weekly and monthly stays.

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.

Spacious, clean and modern. Perfect position in the Old Town but only 2 minutes from the Beach. Proximity to excellent restaurants and shops but in quiet position. No car required at all. Very efficient welcome and departure service from Friendly Rentals representative. Great water pressure in the Showers. Overall, fabulous apartment!

Ja, goede ligging en alles was nog zo goed als nieuw (wij waren de 2e huurders) en zeer schoon. Contactpersoon erg aardig en hulpvaardig. Flexibel met check-in en check-out tijd, super! Volgende bezoek zou ik zonder enige twijfel hetzelfde appartement weer huren.
