“The Blue Attic” is located in a very nice area of Sitges, only steps away from the “San Sebastian” beach and only minutes away from the “Marina port of Aiguadolç”.
Barcelona is just 25 minutes away and there is a train every 15 to 20 minutes.
The apartment is located in the very quiet “San Sebastian” neighbourhood and yet just steps away from the very lively centre of Sitges.
Everything is walking distance: beaches, city centre, Marina Port of Aiguadolç and bus and train stations.
It is ideal for the guest who enjoys shopping, restaurants, nightlife and beaches.
The apartment:
The “Blue Attic” is a 50 m2 apartment located on the third floor of a new and stylish building with elevator, air conditioning and double glazed windows.
The main feature of the apartment is the fantastic views on the 17th century landmark Church and the sea. The view can be enjoyed not only from the terrace but also from the living room and even the kitchen.
The apartment consists of a modern designed living room, an American kitchen and a one-bedroom suite with private bathroom.
The elegant living room is equipped with LCD TV.
Attached to the living room the guest has access to an approx. 10 m2 terrace with sea views, the ideal place to relax after the beach.
The American kitchen is completely equipped with washing machine, dryer, microwave, ceramic hobs and oven; just everything necessary to feel at home.
The big master bedroom suite is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe and has access to a terrace.
The beautiful “En suite” bathroom is fully equipped and comes with bathtub, WC and basin.
The “Blue Attic” is a charming and comfortable apartment, with fantastic views and close to all places of interest Sitges has to offer.
Please note: The village of Sitges is crossed by a train line and although the apartment has double glazed windows in order to avoid noise as much as possible, we inform you that it is located in front of the train line.

Playa San Sebastian
The “Playa San Sebastian” is very centrally located with probably one of the most beautiful beaches of Sitges, a little sandy beach right behind the church, the town’s landmark.
The “Playa San Sebastian“ has its own beach promenade with in bars and restaurants.
This still originally maintained part of Sitges is located next to the old part of Sitges with its tiny, little white and blue painted streets.
The guest is only steps away from all local amenities as restaurants, bars and night life.
At 5 minutes walk, the guest will find three of the most beautiful bays“Calas dels Balmins“ with white, sandy beaches, one of them a nude beach.
Right behind these three bays begins the marina of Sitges, as same as elegant as the Marbella marina with trendy and elegant restaurants, bars and discos.
