The completely reformed luxury mansion Masia Margallo with lush gardens and a huge outside pool is located in the village of Sant Pere de Ribes in the heart of the vineyards of the wine region “El Penedes”.

The Villa :

Masia Margallo is a tranquil heaven of 650 m that has more than 4000 m of private grounds.
The Masia, (Catalan manor house) offers high tech comfort, whilst keeping the historic charm and character of the original building. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms and is on two floors.
Entering the grounds, the guest will find the well-tended garden including the patio, barbeque area, Chill out zone, Sauna and much more. Because of the old authentic thick walls air-conditioning is not needed.
The place is ideal for families, friends and special occasions with the objective to enjoy nature and comfort.
Masia Margallo is child friendly and offers cots and high chairs. It is partly wheelchair accessible as there are 2 floors and also pets are considered.

The ground floor features a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a guest WC and five different suites.
-The living room with dining area has a beautiful fireplace and features a 50-inch plasma TV with Satellite TV and Internet connection to the outdoor chill out zone.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dishwasher.
The first suite has a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace.
The second suite has a queen-size-bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, a dressing room and has access to a patio.
The third and the fourth suites are connected with each other and share a bathroom. The suites are equipped with a king-size bed and an extendable bed and the bathroom has a shower with WC. There is access to the outside patio.
The fifth suite is in a separate cottage and has a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

The first floor has two suites and three bedrooms.
The two bedroom suites are both equipped with king-size beds. They share a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC and have a private terrace.
The first bedroom with garden views has a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC.
The second bedroom has access to a private terrace and features a king-size bed. It shares a bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC.
The third bedroom has also access to a private terrace and features a king-size bed as well. It shares a bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC.

The outside area offers chill out zones, a patio, and barbeque with outside dining area, sauna, outdoor furniture’s and a huge pool of 7m x 23 m. There is also an extra bathroom with WC.
