The Maritim Blau Atic apartment is located in the centre of the old part of Sitges, the "Casco Antiguo". The apartment is just steps away from the beach and next to the famous church, which is the landmark of the town.
With its little picturesque streets and its dominating white and blue colours it is the most beautiful and romantic place in Sitges.
All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are within walking distance...There is no need for a car, while staying at the Maritim Blau Atic apartment.
At 50 meters walking down a little street, the guest will find wide sandy beaches and a wide 2 km promenade lined with palm trees, the "Paseo Maritimo", ideal for romantic walks, cycling or rollerblading....there are also some nudist beaches not too far away from this area...
The Apartment:
The recently reformed apartment building with its white and blue colours is typical "Sitgetanean" style and is located in a little white and picturesque street; the guest will feel like a local.
Entering the building, the guest will find a very light designed hallway with elevator. The light floors, white doors and light walls give the apartment a typical Mediterranean character.
The Maritim Blau Atic apartment consists of a spacious living room with dining area, an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is a very tastefully furnished and comfortable living room with dining area where you will find a large LCD television.
There is a modern American kitchen, which is fully equipped for the guests to feel at home.

The first bedroom comes with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped.
A private stairway leads to the fantastic rooftop terrace of 70 m with views of the Calle Mayor, the ocean and the mountains; it is the ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach, having a glass of wine.
There is definitively enough space for up to four guests.
The guest staying at the Maritin Blau Atic apartment will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sight-seeing tour to the city of Barcelona...It’s only a 5 minute walk to the railway station for Barcelona.
All these things aside, you will also find one of the best restaurants of Sitges just down the street at the beach.
Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.
