This stunning two-floor penthouse apartment of 110 m2 is located on the second floor. The whole building was recently remodelled and has an elevator.
The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern designer furniture. The apartment is equipped with central A/C.
On the main floor the guest will find the living room with dining area and separate kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a leather chair and a LCD TV.
From the living room the guest has access to a beautiful big terrace with views into the typical picturesque little streets of Sitges. The terrace comes with designer garden furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything the guest needs to feel like home, including a dishwasher and integrated microwave.
A modern stairway with a big skylight leads to the lower floor.
On the lower floor the guest will find four big bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms.
The master bedroom suite has a double bed, LCD TV, built-in wardrobes and a private designer bathroom with bathtub.
The second bedroom has a sofa bed for two guests. The third bedroom comes with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The fourth bedroom features a single bed. Furthermore there is a second fully equipped bathroom with shower.
For an additional charge there is a parking place for normal sized cars around the corner of the building.. It is very hard to find parking in the old town of Sitges!!!

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.
