This fantastic penthouse apartment is on two floors.
The lower floor has a light living room with dining area and has wonderful ocean views and views of the marina.
The cozy living room is decorated is equipped with LCD TV with satellite channels.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make guests feel right at home.
The upper floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with private bath and has a double bed.
From the master bedroom you can access private terrace with two chairs and a table with incredible views of the sea.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
Also the second bathroom is fully equipped with bathtub.
The extraordinarily beautiful residential area has a communal area with a large outdoor swimming-pool with a garden. A sand beach is located right next to the marina.

Castelldefels is located in the province of Barcelona between the city of Sitges and Barcelona. The distance to Sitges is approximately 11 mi and to Barcelona approximately 15 mi.
