The Apartment :

This luxury apartment has fabulous sea views from the amazing terraces which surround the property...a terrific place to relax in the sun or watch the sunset with a nice glass of local wine.
The "Blaumar Heights" is divided in two levels with 3 bedrooms; the quality and standard of this apartment is really high and includes central A/C with heating and wireless Internet.
The main floor comprises of one bedroom with double bed, closets and a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.
On the same level, guests will find the lovely and comfortable living room with TV, DVD.
From here the guest has direct access to the fantastic terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The kitchen is also on this level and is fully equipped with all mod-cons and a table and chairs for indoor dining. From the kitchen the guest has direct access to the terrace too.

On the upper level, you will find the other two bedrooms.
One bedroom has a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes...this bedroom has direct access to another fantastic terrace with views of the sea...the other bedroom has a two bunk beds.
On this floor you will also find a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.

There is a big community swimming pool which can be used by all guests of the "Blaumar Heights" apartment.
Should the guest arrive by car, at an additional charge there are two private parking spaces in the building.
