This fantastic oceanfront penthouse apartment, the "Seawave Attic", overlooks the sea and is located in a luxury development in Aiguadolc's marina, near the port's tourist area.
The beach and the marina are just minutes away on foot and it's only a 3-5 minute drive to the centre of Sitges, and approximately 10 minutes on foot.
This extraordinarily beautiful residential area has a communal area with two tennis courts, two large outdoor swimming-pools ( one of them is for the children)a garden and a children's playground.

We recommend that guests use a car. If you wish to rent two private parking spaces you can do so with an extra charge.

The apartment:

This luxurious apartment is on two floors.
The lower floor has an entrance hall, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.
Both bedrooms have balconies with sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.
The temperature on the lower floor is always cool, even in the summer, so there is no need for air conditioning.

The entire upper floor, however, is equipped with air conditioning.
The upper floor houses the master bedroom with double bed and bathroom, and a living room with breathtaking views of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Next to the living room there is a separate dining area and an additional lounge area, which has two sofas. The sofas can be used as two single beds.(see photo)
There is also a magnificent terrace with BBQ and many flowers and plants that are tended by a gardener once a week.
