The comfortable apartment “Bel” is located in modern townhouse only steps away from the centre of Sitges and the “Playa San Sebastian” with the “Balmins beach”.
The guest needs to walk only minutes to get to the city centre with all the Restaurants, bars, shops and night life, Sitges has to offer. A new supermarket is only 50 m away from this apartment.

The comfortable apartment “Bel” of approximately 80 m with marble floors is located on the first floor of a townhouse. The apartment features wireless Internet.
The sunny and cosy living room with dining area is equipped with LCD television, DVD and A/C.

The American kitchen is equipped with everything the guest needs to feel like home as dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and oven.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two big bathrooms with tub, bidet and WC.
The master bedroom is a suite and features a double bed and a private fully equipped bathroom with bathtub in is equipped with A/C.
The second bedroom is also equipped with two single beds.
Furthermore there is a second fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.
The third bedroom comes with a single bed, which can be pulled out into two single beds and features A/C.

The rooftop offers a 70 m big sun terrace with mountain views and views of the surrounding houses and is the perfect place for outside dining or sun bathing.
The terrace has a table with six chairs, two chaise lounge chairs, BBQ and a quarter with washer and dryer.

The “Bel” apartment is ideal for families or a group of friends and is the right choice for the guest, looking for space, tranquillity and the city centre in walking distance.

Aiguadolc

The marina of Aiguadolç is, considering its location and surroundings, one of the best in the whole of Spain. The centre of the marina consists of a rustic but elegant apartment complex, designed like an ancient typical white fishing village with the Aiguadolç apartment being a part of this. The promenade of the Marina has a lot of shops and elegant restaurants which in summer are frequented by many visitors and boat owners. The Aiguadolç marina compares easily to the marina in Marbella. In winter time guests enjoy the marina's calm and sunny days. Next to the marina the guest will find two of the most beautiful beaches of Sitges: The “Playa de Aiguadolç” and the “Calas de Balmins”. A ten minute walk takes the guest to the old part and also the centre of Sitges town.
