The “Emendis Attic 2” Penthouse is located in the centre of Sitges and ideal for those seeking to be in the heart of the action. All shops, bars, restaurants, the nightlife and all beaches are within walking distance.
There is no need for a car, while staying at the “Emendis” apartment.
The Apartment:
Located in a new building from 2010, the “Emendis” penthouse is a very stylish and nicely furnished apartment of 105 sqm with a balcony of 5 sqm and a terrace of 12 sqm.
The apartment offers space for up to 5 guests and is located on the two last top floors of the apartment building.
It is equipped with central heating, AC and wireless internet and is situated in a modern building with elevator. Despite its central location, the apartment is located in a very quiet little street.
The living room, which is furnished in a modern stile, has accesses to a balcony of 5 sqm.
The living room/dining area is equipped with LCD TV.
There is a fully equipped American kitchen.
The apartment consists of three quietly located bedrooms, a studio and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom comes with two single beds, the second one with one single bed.
The fully equipped designer bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi bathtub, bidet and WC.
Going up to the upper floor the guest will find a studio with a wonderful sun terrace of 12 sqm., overlooking the roofs of Sitges.
The terrace is the ideal place to relax, while having a glass of Cava.
On this upper floor there is furthermore a third nicely decorated bedroom with two single beds, a walk-in closet and a very modern bathroom with shower, bidet and WC.
Should the guest arrive by car, we can offer a private car garage in the same building for an additional charge of 15€ per day.
The guest staying at the “Emendis” will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sight-seeing tour to the city of Barcelona.
It’s a 5 minute walk to the railway station, where the train leaves every 20 Minutes for Barcelona.

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.

Arrival and Departure process was seamless, with very friendly welcome. Apartment exceeded expectations! It was modern, clean, spacious and very well equipped for our stay. The apartment boasted air-conditioning in every room. In addition it was very central, although it was very quiet at night, and within a short walking distance from the main train station. I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing stay in Sitges. I'd definitely book again!

Relatively new apartment in good condition, modern kitchen and bathrooms, good a/c system. Security in the building was good. The apartment is comfortably large and has a good location within 5 minutes of the beach. There are many good restaurants and cafe's within 2 - 5 minutes. The train is within 5 minutes walk. The wifi worked well.
