The Emendis 1-1 Apartment in Sitges

The “Emendis 1-1” apartment is located in the centre of Sitges and ideal for those seeking to be in the heart of the action.
All shops, bars, restaurants, the nightlife and all beaches are within walking distance. There is no need for a car, while staying at the “Emendis” apartment.

The Apartment:

Located in a new building from 2010, the “Emendis” is a very cosy and nicely furnished apartment of 100 sqm, offering space for up to 7 guests.
It is equipped with central heating, AC and wireless internet and it's situated in a modern building with elevator.
Despite its central location, the apartment is located in a very quiet little street.
The living room, which is furnished in a modern style, faces onto one of the typical picturesque streets.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two guests, dining area and LCD TV.
There is a fully equipped American kitchen.
The apartment consists of three quietly located bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom is a suite and comes with a double bed.
The private and fully equipped designer bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi bathtub, bidet and WC.
The second very nicely decorated bedroom has one single bed.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
Furthermore there is a second very modern bathroom with shower, bidet and WC.

Should the guest arrive by car, we can offer a private car garage in the same building for an additional charge of 15 € per day.

The guest staying at the “Emendis” will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sight-seeing tour to the city of Barcelona.
It’s a 5 minute walk to the railway station, where the train leaves every 20 Minutes for Barcelona.
