This great Penthouse apartment is in the heart of Sitges with everything to hand and within easy reach; it has lots of light and a great private terrace with sun all day long.
The "Barco" apartment is located at about a 1 min walk from the main beaches in Sitges.
It has all the local amenities on the same street as well as on other surrounding blocks, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, supermarkets, cafes, chemists, gym, etc. Although this great apartment is literally in the centre of Sitges it is a very calm spot.
The train station (RENFE), bus stop and taxi ranks are very close making this apartment one of the most convenient choices for your stay in this great town... by train, the guest can get to Barcelona city centre in about 30 minutes...

The romantic and charming "Barco" rooftop apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and typical streets of Sitges, the “Calle Mayor”.
The apartment has been very elegantly refurbished in 2012 and is located in a modern building with elevator. The interior decoration consists of modern designer furnitures.
“Barco” has a light and sunny living room and is ideal for a couple or two guests. From the living room the guest has direct access to a big sun terrace.
The terrace, facing into the little busy shopping street, promises sun all day long and is an ideal spot for the guest to relax after the beach, sightseeing in Barcelona or other activities.
The fully equipped American kitchen contains everything, the guest needs…
“Barco” has one bedroom with a bid double bed, which faces to the very quiet back of the building.
The nicely designed bathroom has a big shower.
The apartment is also equipped with Plasma TV and there is an A/C unit in the living room.
Simply a really beautiful apartment!

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.

- Fantastic central location, minutes from the train station, bars and beaches, but still very quiet.- Lovely sunny terrace overlooking a buzzy street.- Light and airy rooms. Our only complaint was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom and fairly basic kitchen appliances.

Het appartement is heel goed bevallen. Vooral het terras was heerlijk. Onze zoon van 1 jaar kon er heerlijk rond kruipen. Verder alles op loop afstaand, te gek.

Es gab ein Missverständnis bezüglich des check-outs, doch insgesamt wurde konstruktiv darauf reagiert. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass der Check-In super geklappt hat und dass alle letztlich sehr freundlich waren.
