The very elegant Casa del Mar IV is split on two levels with three great bedrooms; a truly spectacular apartment of the highest quality and standard.
Nearly all interior walls of the apartment are luxuriously plastered with Stucco Veneziano.
Casa del Mar IV is equipped with central AC.
The main floor comprises of a fantastic and very comfortable living room which leads onto the wonderful terrace and its magnificent views.... the kitchen is also on this level and is a separate room with table and chairs.
The kitchen comes equipped with everything necessary to make any meal should the guest wish to.
There is also a courtesy bathroom.
The lower level features 3 bedrooms; one bedroom suite with private bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with sofa bed. All bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is also a second fully equipped bathroom on this floor.
The terrace and the swimming pool are truly magnificent; the pool is for the private use of the community and guests of the Casa del Mar...
