The “La Terraza” penthouse apartment with huge sun terrace and views of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea is located in the heart Sitges.
It takes five minutes walking to get to the beach, two minutes to the train station RENFE and minutes to the old town.

The apartment:
The ”La Terraza” penthouse apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a modern building with elevator. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
“La Terraza” consists of a sunny and spacious living room with dining area and access to an enormous terrace. Next to the living room the guest will find the small but functional and fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one suite with double bed and private bath and the second bedroom also with double bed. Guests using this bedroom have access to the second full bathroom.
All rooms of the apartment lead to a huge sun terrace which stretches out along the whole terrace with stunning views of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea.
This is the ideal place to relax while having a glass of Cava or an al-fresco meal.
The apartment is equiped with USB modem for Internet.
This apartment is an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the vibrant life of Sitges with all its amenities.

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.
