The apartment situated just steps away from the “Cap de la Vila”, the nucleus of Sitges, the “Playa San Sebastian”, one of the most beautiful beaches in town, and the church, the landmark.

The apartment:
The “Sol de Mar” apartment is a fully air conditioned luxury apartments and is located on the third floor with elevator. This apartment is a two floor penthouse apartment.
For the apartment only the best materials were used.
The guest enters a spacious, ultramodern living room styled in light colours with a fully equipped American designer kitchen.
Sliding glass doors lead to a large sun terrac.
The terrace is ideal to have a romantic dinner or to relax after the beach.
From the living room and the terrace the guest can enjoy views into the little picturesque streets of the old town.
The living room features large LCD, radio, DVD and fast internet connection.
On the same floor there are two bedroom suites, both with private bath.
One bedroom features a double bed, the second one a single bed which can be converted into two single beds.
Going up a stairway the guest will find the second floor of the building.
The upper floor features a very cosy bedroom furnished with two single beds. This room has a private bath and built-in wardrobes.
Big sliding glass doors lead to a spacious sun terrace which is located above the lower terrace with views of “Calle Angel Vidal” and the roofs of the city of Sitges

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.

Prima appartement. Modern ingericht wat zeer prettig is. Heerlijke jaccuzi op het eerste terras. Bedden waren ook goed. Ook de airco werkte uitstekend. Aardige verhuurders die ons netjes verwelkomden. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Penthouse Sol De Mar in Sitges!

Excellent apartment apart from 1 bedroom which was quite small. The apartment was well equiped and clean and we loved the terraces. Saskia was excellent and easy to deal with and gave us a lot of information.

Lo mejor es la situación del apartamento, en pleno centro y al lado de todo, y a la vez en una calle tranquila. Las terrazas son geniales así como el jacuzzi, lástima que nos ha hecho mal tiempo, sino hubiera sido perfecto. Los baños para cada habitación han facilitado los momentos de ducha y aseo.
