The Villa Divina in Sitges

The surroundings of the villa:

The designer villa “Divina” is located at the foot of the Garraf Mountains with spectacular ocean views.
It takes about 6 minutes to get to the centre of Sitges.
We recommend that the guest staying at this wonderful location should have a car; all amenities are within easy reach by car.

The Villa:

This impressive villa with its modern design and exquisite decoration was built in 2002.
The south orientation promises sun and an ocean breeze all day.
“Villa Divina” of 400 m2 and 1.850 m ground is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
Having several floors, this villa has its own elevator.
The first floor with the main entrance consists of a spacious living-dining room of 80 m2 with access to the lush gardens and the swimming pool, offering beautiful ocean and mountain views.
There is a huge American designer kitchen, featuring everything to prepare gourmet meals.
Next to the kitchen the guest will find a separate pantry with two refrigerators, a washer and a dryer.
The first floor consists of two bedroom suites with private bath, both with access to the garden there is also a guest toilet, which is located next to the living room.

The second floor features two spacious bedrooms with an enormous bathroom in between.
Both bedrooms have access to different terraces.

The ground floor has two more suites, one with three single beds, the other one with king size bed, both have bathrooms with showers.
The whole “Villa Divina” is connected from the lower parking deck to the upper floor by elevator and stairway.
