The “Laury” apartment is located on one of the most important plazas in Sitges, called "Plaza España".
It takes about a 1 min walk to the main beaches in Sitges.. . This apartment has all the local amenities on the same street and the surrounding blocks.. with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, supermarkets, chemists, gym, etc..... although this great apartment is literally in the centre of Sitges it is a very calm spot...
The train station (RENFE), bus stop and taxi ranks are very close making this apartment one of the most convenient choices for your stay in this great town... by train, the guest can get to Barcelona city centre in about 30 minutes...

The Apartment:

The Laury penthouse apartment is a very modern designer apartment which has been completely remodeled in 2007. The apartment features AC and wireless Internet and LCD TV s in the living room and all bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Entering the apartment, the guest will find a large living-dining room with light wood floors and modern designer furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the living room and an open and fully equipped American designer kitchen which is equipped with everything the guest needs, as dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.
The apartment features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Two bedrooms are suites and both have their own private designer bathrooms, one of them with Jacuzzi. Both suites come with king size beds.
The third bedroom is a smaller bedroom and features a single bed, which can be extended into two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD televisions
There is a third fully equipped designer bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The whole apartment is surrounded by an enormous 150 square meter terrace which can be accessed from the living room and all bedrooms. The terrace features a Jacuzzi, a shower and in the center a covered dining area with table and chairs.

The guest staying at the “Laury” apartment will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sight-seeing tour to the city of Barcelona.
