The “Carbonell” apartment is located in the northern part of Sitges. It is approximately an eight minute walk into the vibrant centre and eight to five minutes to the beach.
This apartment is ideal for a bigger family or a group of friends, who prefer some quiet and relaxing vacation, without missing the vibrant city and nightlife.
Shops, restaurants, bars and beaches are a couple of minutes walking distance away.
A very well equipped supermarket is located very close to the building.

The apartment

The very spacious and tastefully decorated two story apartment Carbonell” of 1.300 square feet with a 538 square feet terrace and garden is located in a new and modern apartment complex, which is approximately two years old.
All rooms are light and bright.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with access to a private terrace with continuation to a little garden with shower.
From the ground floor the guest enjoys beautiful views of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea.
The separate kitchen, also located on the ground floor, is very modern and functional and equipped with everything the guest needs to cook at home, if desired.
Furthermore there is a little guest toilet on this floor.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms.
One bedroom is the master bedroom suite with king size bed.
The second big bedroom features two single beds.
The third, small bedroom has also two single beds.
From this upper floor the guest can enjoy some incredible ocean views.
For an additional charge, there is secure parking available inside the building.

The guest, spending his vacation at the “Carbonell” apartment is able to relax from the daily stress in this quiet and peaceful surrounding, without missing the vibrant city and nightlife of Sitges.
Beautiful beaches are in 6 to 7 minutes walking distance…. There is also a nudist beach!!
If the guest desires, the station of Sitges is a short 5 minute walk away. From there the trains leave every 20 minutes for the city centre of Barcelona.
