The area that surrounds the apartment :
The completely remodelled “Deseo” apartment and the whole building (December 2007) is located in one of the best locations of Sitges, only steps away from the beach and the centre of Sitges.
The “Deseo”, apartment, which is surrounded by luxury villas is located in the very elegant and relaxed “Vinyet” neighbourhood.
The guest needs to walk approximately three minutes to the centre of Sitges and two minutes to the beach, so there is no need for a car while staying at the Deseo.... also for the convenience of the guest there are restaurants, bars, night life etc. within short walking distance.
The apartment:
The “Deseo” apartment located in a modern building with elevator, air conditioning, and a huge community swimming pool, has approximately 135 sqm plus 100 sqm terrace and is a top floor penthouse apartment.
The big swimming pool can be used by all guests, staying at the “Deseo” apartment.
The apartment has direct access to the pool.
Very spacious, it is ideal for families or a group of friends.
The “Deseo” with its modern and light ambience offers everything the guest desires.
A spacious living – dining room with separate kitchen has surrounding balconies with great views of Sitges and the ocean.
A modern kitchen is equipped with everything the guest needs to prepare a gourmet meal.
There are four big bedrooms, two with double beds, one with bunk beds and one bedroom has a single bed which can be pulled out into two single beds.
Furthermore there are three spacious bathrooms available.
A stairway leads to a fantastic and inviting sun terrace, which is located on top of the apartment, offering outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and Sitges.
This is the perfect spot to enjoy a cool glass of wine or cava after a day on the beech or after sightseeing.
Should the guest arrive by car, there is also a garage with two parking spaces in the building. Parking is free of charge.

Vinyet
The Vinyet Part, (the most southern part of the promenade is called ”Terramar”) is the continuation of the southern part of Sitges Centre and is stretches out along the beach promenade “Paseo Maritimo”.
Vinyet and Terramar are the most exclusive and quietest areas of Sitges.
The visitor will find the most elegant and enormous colonial mansions along this 1,55 mi palm lined beach promenade with white sandy beaches, ideal for walking, cycling, roller blading or sun bathing.
The area is very quiet and elegant without shops, just some cafes right at the beach in Terramar.
It takes about 10 minutes walking to get to the centre of Sitges. There is no need for a car.

The apartment was fantastic and well equiped. It was within walking distance of the town centre. The roof terrace was amazing. We had a mixed party, from 20 - 50 year olds and everyone loved it. Thanks for a great week.
This is not a criticism, just an observation - a couple of loungers by the pool. The pool itself was great and spotlessly clean and one of the highlights for young & old
