The Nautic apartment is located in Casteldefels, a charming town, just 20 minutes train ride from Barcelona's old city centre. Walk out the door and you will find your self literally on the beach which is just across the road from the apartment’s main entrance. A 12-15 minutes walk from the apartment there is a large shopping centre called the L’Anec Blau with an endless list of restaurants, shops and entertainment for the entire family. Everything you could possibly need is at hand while staying at the Nautic.

The apartment:

Located in a brand new building, this designer beach town house has been decorated in a very high and modern standard in order to ensure comfort while maintaining a very welcoming Mediterranean atmosphere... Everything in this apartment is up to the minute in style and design, starting with the living/dining room area where guests can relax on a beautiful black velvet sofa while watching the TV/DVD. This area is equipped with a comfortable dining table with space for eight guests. The living/dining area is located on the ground floor and is rich in natural light that shines through the huge glass sliding doors which open up to the main terrace, where guests can sit and have a meal al fresco on a second dining table for six. The back entrance of this lovely apartment opens up to a large garden, where surrounded by abundant trees, guests will find two community swimming pools, one for the grown ups and a second one for the smaller members of the family...

The Nautic has 3 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a modern and fresh style with their own private terraces, en-suite bathroom, and are fully are air conditioned.

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a wash basin. The second bedroom, also on the first floor has two single beds and a private bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin. The third bedroom, located on the second floor, comes with two single beds and its own bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. A fourth guest bathroom is also located from the living/dining area, and it is equipped with toilet and wash basin. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for guest’s belongings.

The kitchen has been designed to offer a stress free stay and therefore is equipped with the latest in mod cons, such as dishwasher, oven, vitro ceramic cooker, a large 2 meter high aluminium fridge/freezer...
