The Apartment :

The "Casa del Mar III" is divided in two levels with 3 large bedrooms; the quality and standard of this apartment is really of the highest standard and there are many delightful touches throughout making it a unique experience...

The main floor comprises of a single bedroom decorated with children in mind and a complete bathroom.
On the same level, guests will find the lovely and comfortable living room with TV, DVD and two big sofas...one of them is a double sofa bed.
From here the guest has direct access to two fantastic terraces with designer wooden furniture and views of the mediteranean sea... The kitchen is also on this level and is fully equiped with all mod-cons and a table and chairs for indoor dining...

On the upper level, you will find the other two bedrooms... one is the master bedroom and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes...this has direct access to another fantastic terrace with views of the sea...the other bedroom has a single bed and is ideal for kids...On this floor you will also find a big bathroom.

There is a big community swimming pool which can be used by all guests of the "Casa de Mar III" apartment.
Should the guest arrive by car, at an additional charge there is a private car garage in the building.
