This fantastic apartment enjoys the use of it's exclusive and very spectacular swimming pool with automatic lighting......
From this great apartment the guest can easily make their way to Sitges or Vilanova, it will take approximately 5-10 minutes by car and both these towns are full of atmosphere and plenty of things to do.. lots of great local bars, cafes and restaurants and great nightlife!!
We recommend that the guest staying at this wonderful location should have a car; all amenities are within easy reach by car.....
The Apartment:
The "Casa del Mar II" is split on two levels with three bedrooms; a truly spectacular apartment of the highest quality and standard.....
On the main floor the guest can avail of the fantastic and very comfortable living room which leads onto the wonderful terrace with its own magnificent private pool and some great ocean views.... the kitchen is also on this level and is a separate room.
The kitchen comes equipped with everything necessary to make any meal should the guest wish to..... there is also a courtesy bathroom....
The lower floor comprises of three big bedrooms, spacious with lots of natural light; two of them with comfortable double beds and built in wardrobe and the third one with two single beds.
All three bedrooms have access to their own terraces with ocean views.
There are two spacious and comfortable bathrooms.
The terrace and the private swimming pool are truly magnificent; very special: There is a second pool for the private use of the community and guests of the "Casa del Mar II".....
The comunity swimming pool is open from June 1st until september 30th.

The private pool with Jacuzzi on the terrace and the large shared pool on the complex. The Large pool never seemed crowded even with a lagre number of families there. Security was very good and reassuring. We saw the Security Guards and Police on a daily basis checking the complex.

Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, Pool auf der Terrasse war der Hit bei den Kindern, Pool in der Anlage ist sehr großzügig und selbst in der Hauptsaison nie überlaufen. Sehr höflicher, zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter.
