The Apartment:

Completely refurbished, the “Espalter” is a very cosy and nice furnished apartment in an old building.
A little entrance hall divides all the rooms of the apartment.
From the little hallway, you will find the bright, light and airy living room on your left hand side. The living room, which is an interesting and beautiful mix of modern furniture’s with Asiatic antiques, leads to a little and very romantic styled, terrace…. there are cushions and candles everywhere, terrace.
The apartment has two bedrooms: The first bedroom, the master bedroom is located in the quiet back of the apartment with a big double bed. The second bedroom is located next to the living room, very nicely decorated, with a single bed and a sofa, which can be turned into a full bed too.
The guest staying at the “Espalter” will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sight-seeing tour to the city of Barcelona.
Its a 5 minute walk to get to the railway station, where the train leaves every 20 Minutes to Barcelona.
Beside that the guest will find all the bars, clubs and restaurants next to the apartment.
