Located right in front of the beach with incredible 180º views of the church, the landmark of this town and views of the “Paseo Maritimo”, a huge 2 Km palm tree promenade with white sandy beaches, the guest staying at this apartment enjoys on of the most exclusive and beautiful location in town.
The large "Paseo Maritimo", is ideal for romantic walks, cycling or rollerblading. Right next to the building begins the old part of Sitges, the “casco antiguo”. With its little, tiny, picturesque streets and its dominating white and blue colours it is the most beautiful and romantic place in Sitges.
All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance...
There is no need for a car, while staying at the Maritim Mar apartment.
The Apartment:
The Maritim Mar apartment is one of two apartments in the same building.
All two apartments have A/C and heating to make your stay pleasant throughout the year and all apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet as well.
The Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in two bedrooms.
The Maritim Mar is a very modern designer apartment in an old building.
Entering the apartment, the guest will find a large living-dining room with dark brown wooden floors and white modern designer furniture. From each angle of the living room with its little balcony, the guest will enjoy the breath taking views of the beach promenade with its huge palm trees, the church and the blue Mediterranean Sea.
The American designer kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare a wonderful meal at home…. ideal for a romantic dinner.
The two bedrooms are facing to the quiet back of the apartment. One bedroom is considered master bedroom and has a big bed; the other is a smaller bedroom with a pull out double bed.
Living room and bedrooms are divided by a large designer bathroom with a huge glass shower.
This is one of two apartments in this building. So it could also be perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends looking to spend a quiet and quality filled break in Sitges.
The guest staying at the Maritim Mar apartment will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sight-seeing tour to the city of Barcelona.
Its a 5 minute walk to get to the railway station to Barcelona.
Beside that the guest will find one of the best and exclusive restaurants of Sitges next to the building.

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.
