This beautiful oceanfront penthouse studio apartment is located in the heart of Sitges and very rare to find.
The “Isabel” oceanfront studio apartment is situated in the centre of Sitges.
Located right in front of the beach with incredible 180º views of the church, the landmark of this town and views of the “Paseo Maritimo”, a huge 2 Km palm tree promenade with white sandy beaches, the guest staying at this apartment enjoys one of the most exclusive and beautiful locations in town.
The large "Paseo Maritimo" is ideal for romantic walks, cycling or rollerblading....there are also some nudist beaches not too far away from this area...
Right next to the building begins the old part of Sitges, the “casco antiguo”.
With its little, tiny, picturesque streets and its dominating white and blue colours, it is the most beautiful and romantic place in Sitges.
All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance...
There is no need for a car, while staying at the “Isabel” apartment.

The apartment is equipped with AC, fast Internet and LCD satellite TV.
The luminous and comfortable living room with its open American kitchen is ideal for a couple and has direct access to a big terrace of 30 sqm.
From every point of the terrace, the guest will enjoy breathtaking views of the beach promenade with its huge palm trees, the church and the blue Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has a big sofa bed in the living room and a little bathroom with shower.
The small but fully equipped kitchen contains everything the guest needs…

Centro sitges
The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach.
The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antigio”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours.
The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges.
The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges.
All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here.
The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area.
Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.

Owner was friendly and sorted out a fault with the shutters quickly. The apartment is in a great location and handy for the beach and the town and the large spacious terrace is a highlight. The owner allowed a later checkout and returned deposit as promised.

Da es sich um die WM-Zeit handelte und wir keine deutschen Programme empfangen konnten, haben wir uns bei Ihnen gemeldet und obwohl wir im Süden waren (kommste heut nicht, kommste morgen) war am gleichen Abend noch ein Fernsehinstallateur vor Ort um einen Receiver anzuschließen. Der Kontakt war total nett und wir hatten sogar jemand deutsch sprechenden am Telefon. Gleichzeitig wurde sich abends noch per Sms erkundigt ob alles geklappt hat. Super, wir sind 5 Sterne Hotels gewohnt und besser hätte es dort auch nicht funktionieren können.
