Ideally situated in the area of Centro-Alameda, one of the most trendy, happening and top areas of Seville.

Guests will have no problem in finding entertainment with the numerous plazas, cinemas, bars, restaurants and shops located in the vicinity. It is an enjoyable and lively neighbourhood with buildings dating back to the 19th century. Besides, guests are a short walk from the Gothic Cathedral, the famous Alcázar, and Santa Cruz Quarter…

The Apartment:

This exclusive duplex penthouse is situated on the 4th and 5th floor of a building considered to be one of the chief exponents of Seville 19th century architecture. It was built by the architect José Espiau y Muñoz between 1921 and 1923. Another of his famous works in Seville is the great Hotel Alfonso XIII.

On entering you will find yourself in a bright living/dining area. This is a cosy and inviting area, the focal point is shared by the large sofa with plenty of cushions, and the beautiful sofa bed which converts into two comfortable single beds. In this area you can also find the dining table and chairs. It is a welcoming and wonderful area to relax after a day´s sightseeing. It is very bright and sunny due to the beautiful windows which allow you to enjoy the magnificent Andalusian light.

Also on this floor, you will find the master bedroom which comes with a double bed and a large antique wardrobe for your belongings.

The bathroom, complete with bath/shower can also be found on this level.

The kitchen is modern and totally equipped with all kitchenware and appliances.

A staircase leads from the living room to the upstairs area where you will find a suite master bedroom with its own bathroom and a wardrobe. It is a very large area and has wonderful high ceilings with wooden beams, typical of these fantastic old builidings in Seville, which makes the apartment feel even more spacious! The floor to ceiling French doors allow the sunlight to flood in and also gives access to a private terrace, which has some of the most spectacular views of the wonderful Seville architecture, a skyline full of belfries. This area has been furnished with trees, plants, flowers, a hot/cold water outdoor shower, and very nice outdoor furniture to ensure the guest can sit outside and enjoy dining al freco tasting all the regional products you just bought at the typical Feria food market just round the corner from the apartment.

Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

A/C, heating and wi-fi internet are all included.

This area is considered by many to be the up-and-coming trendy, bohemian area in Seville, this open space in the very centre of Seville has undergone huge refurbishment and many beautiful old buildings and private houses have been restored to their prior glory. There is a great variety of bars and restaurants and a promenade type area where kids can play safely or where visitors can just take stroll.

Many Alamo trees grow here, giving the place part of its name - Alameda. There are two giant Roman pillars, one of which bears a statue of Hércules, who according to the legends, was the founder of Seville. The oldest church of Seville, El Omnium Sancotrum on Calle Feria is a couple of minutes away and is beside the fresh produce market. Great place to get your food and to sample some of the local products as there are bars scattered around the market all serving freshly made tapas!
