Fantastic town house in the very centre of Seville
Three stories with small roof terrace
The House
This house is a true gem! Right in the centre of Seville at the end of Calle Tetuan, beside La Campana surrounded by shops, squares and just a very short stroll from the Cathedral and the Giralda.
As you enter the house guests will climb one flight of stairs to the living area. The lounge is a good size with large windows, fantastic, modern sofa that is also a double sofa bed makes this room ideal for relaxing or watching some TV on the plasma screen.
There is also a dining table and six chairs so guests may sit down and enjoy meals cooked in the kitchen that is off the lounge. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything guests will need to prepare great meals.
Up the second flight of stairs and you come to the first bedroom, comfortable twin beds furnish this room, these can be left together or separate according to what guest wish, just outside this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Fresh clean towels will be provided upon arrival.
Up on the next floor the layout is exactly the same. The bathroom on this floor has also a bath. Both bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes.
At the top of the house there is a small roof terrace where guests will be able to sit and enjoy the great Seville weather or just watch the world go by!

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. THE STAIRS FROM THE LOUNGE TO THE FIRST FLOOR ARE OPEN ON ONE SIDE.

Centro sevilla
As with most of Seville this area is full of squares, churches, small streets and the daily hussle and bussle of the city centre.
Seville centre is made up of neighbourhoods or barrios and the area we describe as the centro is no less picturesque or important than the barrios described on the web page. In fact all together they make up what is known as the Centro de Sevilla.
Small streests filled with modern shops, beautiful old buildings some now modern offices behind old facades and others private houses that have been restored to the last detail. Beautiful ornate squares such as the Plaza San Francisco and the Town Hall, a magnificent building are just a couple of examples of the fabulous architecture of Seville.
The Plaza del Salvador, home to the Church of Salvador, recently restored is truly incredible.
Quite a few of the streets in the Centro are pedestrian, the most important one being the Avenida de la Constitución, which runs through one of the main parts and right along tne side of the Cathedral. Visitors staying in the Centro as with most of the other areas are in walking distance to all the must-see apartments.

A fantastic location, with accommodation that met our expectations and was true to the description. The supermarket was also close by. Anna who met and gave us the keys was so helpful and provided details of places to visit too. We would certainly stay here again. I have already sung the praises of Friendly Rentals to friends since returning 2 days ago. One of my party left their mobile at the house and Gronia Bryan (the agent) was so helpful and arranged for the cleaner to get to the house and put the mobile phone into a taxi to meet us at the airport. This was truly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Thank you so much.

Everything. What a treat to have a townhouse in the midst of the most wonderful shopping area of Sevilla, and only 5 or 10 minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar! We loved being able to watch all the people from the huge window bay in the living area. The roof terrace was great. The kitchen and baths were well equipped. The beds were comfortable. And only a minute or two from El Corte Ingles. This was our favorite rental of the entire trip (we stayed in 5 different cities) and we thought it was an incredible value for the money spent. If I ever go back to Sevilla, I am going to rent this townhouse again!!!
