Bright one-bedroom apartment. This apartment is just outside the historic center, but five minutes from the emblematic Plaza de España and the Parque de Maria Luisa.
As you walk in you are in the open plan lounge and kitchen area.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need to make great meals after being out sightseeing the fantastic city of Seville. This area has also a breakfast bar area with several stools.
The lounge has good natural light due to the large windows, a comfortable sofa (which is also a double sofa bed) and armchair with foot rest ideal for relaxing with a glass of vino!!! Here there is also a small table with stools for guests to use when eating.
The spacious bedroom is off this area, there is a large comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space for guests belongings and a TV. The bathroom is ensuite and has shower, WC and basin. Fresh, clean towels will be provided upon arrival.
