The Apartment



As you enter you are in the main room, the kitchen and lounge area are open plan. The kitchen, new, sleak and modern. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals that can be eaten around the dining room table and chairs. (The fresh food market “el Mercado del Arenal” is just across the road!).

The lounge has a comfortable sofa that is also a double sofa-bed. There is also a large window that allows natural light to flow in.

The bedroom is off this area, decorated with great taste and a comfortable double bed for guests.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and basin. Fresh towels will be provided upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR

Arenal

The Arenal is without a doubt one of the most traditional and emblematic areas of old Seville. During the XVI and XVII centuries it was considered to be one of the most important ports of the world due to the trade the discovery of America brought with it. Today it is still a very active area and people involved in the world of bullfighting, theatre and the opera choose the Arenal for their meetings and get-to-gethers.

The Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza (bullring) and the Real Maestranza Opera House stand close by in this old quarter… The river runs by at the end of the Calle Adriano, a street filled with small boutiques, equestrian and other traditional shops. The area also has many bars and restaurants that serve typical tapas with great wines and cold beer.

The Giralda and the Cathedral are a short distance (5 minute walk) and the Torre de Oro is also close by, really a great area in old Seville!

    Appartement tres agréable; nous etions au centre de la ville, nous avons pu tout faire à pied! il y a un marché juste à coté. La personne qui nous a accueillie est super sympathique et elle nous a fait reservé un taxi pour le départ qui était très tôt le matin! juste fermer la porte et laisser les clés ds l'appart le jour du départ c'est bien... une femme de ménage tous les jours et retrouver l'appart propre le soir c'est très agreable  Merci j'ai été très contente de mes vacances à Seville et je vous recommenderai c'est certain!     La localisation est impeccable. L'immeuble et l'appartement sont d'une propreté exemplaire. Le passage d'une femme de ménage tous les jours, sans frais supplémentaire, était également très confortable. Rien à dire non plus sur l'équipement de l'appartement. Caroline, France 07 May 2009
