This modern one bedroom apartment is a true gem and cannot but make your stay that bit more special.
The area surrounding the Apartment;
This apartment enjoys a great location!!
As with most of our apartments this property is really no different with regards to location. Situated in the old quarter most "must-see" monuments are within walking distance, some further than others but nothing is really more than a 20 minute walk from the apartment. The Barrio Santa Cruz is a five minute walk...
The nearest is the Casa Pilatos, literally down the road from the apartment, this a small palace built in the 16th century. Then of course, about a 12 minute walk away are the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar (another palace). Five minutes from that you are at the river, with the Torre del Oro and a bit further along is the Maestranza bullring....
The main shopping area is also close by, after visiting Casa Pilatos you can continue to walk another 10-15 minutes through the Alfafa, and you are in the main commerical area of Seville, the streets Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are within minutes of each other as is El Corte Inglés. Great shopping for all!
The river in the spring/summer time, is a great place to go in the evening, there are many outdoor bars with tables and chairs where you can spend a relaxing time watching Seville go by!!
The Apartment;
Located on the third floor of a refurbished building, its entrance disguises a fantastic modern interior.
As you walk in the door you find yourself in the living area, with a comfortable sofa (this is a sofabed, although double we recommend 1 adult or two children) and two modern armchairs all ideal for sitting down and relaxing or watching some TV after a day out in Seville.
The large kitchen is fully equipped, guests can sit around the dining table just outside the kitchen and enjoy great meals!
The bathroom is a good size, with shower, WC and basin. Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed with an ornate headboard and a built-in wardrobe for all your belongings.
