The area surrounding the Apartment
The area of San Bernardo is traditionally known as the part of Seville where bull fighters are born, on the frill of the historic centre this apartment has both the tranquility of its small streets with the hussle and bussle of Nervion and the historic centre just minutes away.
The Gardens of Murillo and the Barrio Santa Cruz are eight minutes away and once you are there all other must-see monuments are within walking distance nothing is really more than 15 minutes away. One of the best ways to get to know Seville is by walking through the maze made up of the many cobble stoned streets of the Barrio Santa Cruz.
The fresh food market in Seville is a two minute' walk away, here guests will be able to get everything they need.
The Apartment
This brand new apartment is modern and welcoming.
As you enter the apartment you are in the lounge dining area. The comfortable sofa is a double sofa bed of the highest quality, should there be more than two guests. Together with the armchair they provide an ideal setting for sitting back and relaxing. This room has fantastic french windows that open up the room, you can step out on to the communal terrace which with its water feature gives this area a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.
The dining area has a good size table. There are four comfortable chairs for guests to use.
The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with everything guests will need.
The master bedroom has twin beds, at the moment pushed together but there is enough room for them to be separated should guests wish. Built in wardrobes provide ample space for guests belongings. There is a small desk and chair for use of guests in this room.
The bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC is adjacent to the bedroom. Clean fresh towels will be provided for guests.

San Bernando
Tranquil residential area, very close to the frills of the historic centre. The Jardines de Murillo are
literally less than five minutes away. The locals say this is where most of Seville’s bullfighters were born!
This zone is great as you get the peace and quiet that are a must on a holiday but when you feel like getting into
the hussle and bussle of the old town it is just a short stroll away.

Location, location, location. Central to most Sevilla tourist areas, the train station and Metro line. Quiet street. Access to fresh market. Furniture was comfortable.

El silencio! era muy tranquilo. La situacion - perfecto. La temperatura. Aun sin poner el aire accondicionade, el apartamento tenia una temperatura bien fresca (hacia 40 grados fuera!)

We enjoyed the contact person very much ! Manuel proved also to be very kind, professional and effective when dealing with an electricity cut problem (24 hrs without electricity), and proposed a very good alternative solution. The flat was decorated with good taste and furnished with quality appliances, sofa and importantly mattresses. The flat was well situated, very close to the interesting parts of the city. Also, we appreciated that the flat was very quiet.
