The apartment is located in an area which is normally not full of tourists, so the guest will be able to get a feel for the real Seville.

This brand new two bedroom, two bathroom is perfect for your stay in Seville.

As you walk in the main door you are the good size living and dining area. This room has a large comfortable sofa, which is also a double sofa bed should there be more than 4 guests, and a armchair(also a single sofa-bed) all providing a relaxing environmnet for sitting back and resting or watching TV after a day out sightseeing.

The dining area has a table where you can sit and enjoy meals made in the modern and fully equiped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe for all guests' belongings and the ensuite bathroom.

This bathroom is a good size with bath, shower, bidet and WC. Guests will find fresh clean towels for their use.

The second bedroom has twin single beds, these can be left separated or pushed together as the guests requires. There is also a built-in wardrobe for guests' belongings.

The second bathroom is also ensuite, again good in size with shower, WC and basin. Clean, fresh towels will be provided for guests.

This apartment has a fresh and welcoming feel to it and will surely not disappoint!

Centro sevilla

As with most of Seville this area is full of squares, churches, small streets and the daily hussle and bussle of the city centre.

Seville centre is made up of neighbourhoods or barrios and the area we describe as the centro is no less picturesque or important than the barrios described on the web page. In fact all together they make up what is known as the Centro de Sevilla.

Small streests filled with modern shops, beautiful old buildings some now modern offices behind old facades and others private houses that have been restored to the last detail. Beautiful ornate squares such as the Plaza San Francisco and the Town Hall, a magnificent building are just a couple of examples of the fabulous architecture of Seville. The Plaza del Salvador, home to the Church of Salvador, recently restored is truly incredible.

Quite a few of the streets in the Centro are pedestrian, the most important one being the Avenida de la Constitución, which runs through one of the main parts and right along tne side of the Cathedral. Visitors staying in the Centro as with most of the other areas are in walking distance to all the must-see apartments.

    Everything was fine, VERY friendly staff from Friedly Rentals in Sevilla. When I had some questions or I needed help for extending my stay the did everything to help me. All was there as describt, the Internet was working well, the Kichten was good only an oven was missing and the Bad was . (Just a small minus). So I had al ling stay (around 5 weeks) and I enjoyed to have a Wasching Maschine there and all equipment for iron. It was my fourth Friendly Rentals booking and NOT the last one, for sure!  Juergen, Germany 06 December 2009
